How to train cardio

Cross-Country Skiing

Cross-country skiing is a winter sport.

It develops not only leg muscles but also arm muscles and improves endurance and posture. In contrast to normal skiing you are not limited to slopes. You can choose routes that are much more diverse. This way you can combine exercise with sightseeing and relaxation, enjoying the views and fresh air.

You need to have skis, poles and ski shoes to train.

When it’s snowing outside and training with other sports is limited, you can practice cross-country skiing to keep your body fit and improve your state of mind. It’s great fun!
