Aerobic is a very popular exercise often practiced in groups to the accompaniment of music and led by an instructor. Such training develops the whole body, builds endurance, strengthens muscles, and improves respiratory and circulatory systems.

Aerobics is similar to dancing; it helps one rest and relax and provides opportunities to meet new people when you exercise with them. This sport is more popular with women than with men, but men also practice it without any problems.

There are many types of aerobics, including exercises suitable for beginners and advanced choreographic systems for more experienced people. Many fitness clubs offer aerobic training— this training is not too expensive, and you don’t have to have a special outfit to train (it has to be comfortable and fit well, but it can even be a normal sweat suit or a T-shirt).
