Jumping rope is one of the cheapest, fastest and most efficient ways to start aerobic training. You can take the jump rope anywhere you want and exercise. And if the weather isn’t good, you can always exercise at home if your ceiling is high enough (and usually it is).
Training with a jumping rope develops both upper and lower groups of muscles, especially calves, thighs, buttocks and shoulders. Plus, you improve your endurance, balance, motor coordination and flexibility.
