Nordic Walking

Nordic walking is a type of fast marching with the use of special, profiled poles. This exercise develops the whole body and works most muscle groups. This improves your posture, strength and endurance and helps weight loss.

Nordic Walking is good for everyone, no matter the age. It’s good to start the training with an instructor, but when you learn the basics of it, you can exercise by yourself.

You can train by Nordic Walking basically anywhere you want. It is a great way to spend time outdoors, preferably with a group of friends.
